i love that dogs can sense dog people. they just know them.

i'll simply be walking by a dog, trying to mind my own business, and the next thing i know the dog just wants to meet me.
i can be walking about half a block behind a dog and suddenly they will halt in their tracks. stopping their walker. and the dog will turn his or her head around and stare me dead in the eye and start tugging at the leash just begging for a visit.

and thus another reason to remain a dog person. because that's just cool.
